Pathetic, Ridicules, and the worst experience I had. AC didn't work, Towels were Dirty and so Bedsheets. We had to request for change which took 1 hour.

continued from dislikes: When we went up to our room, 401 it had been a smoking room. There was a clear bag covering the smoke detector.
The staff was polite, professional, and friendly. The hotel, however, was awful. We woke up itching all over on top of the disappointment in the state of our room.
