- From the time we checked in with hotel employee, to the concierge making our room beautiful for our anniversary, to the drinks at the sports bar, the valet staff, and the bell hops, everything was 5 star service!
- Customer experience was great
Cons -
- the shower looked like it had mold in it. no bathroom fan. the carpet looked dingy. and there was a distinguished smell about the room. we werent sure what we could and couldnt use due to being charged unexpected fees in the room.
