Easy to access location, ample parking, excellent lobby along with staff!!! Elevators could be updated but served its purpose. Room was clean and comfortable well rested and highly recommend!
Breakfast was pricy and bland with low options but not a detractor in this case.

Good location, very beautiful outside.
Is not close to Dallas dowtown or the Stockyards, but only about a 10 min drive to the city, 35 minutes to the Stockyards.

The location was Great. It was nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. The lobby was really nice and clean.
The pillows were little uncomfortable. The staff were not attentive. They didn’t speak when we walked in. They had their heads down on their phones. There was not that many channels on the tv to watch.

The location of the hotel was really good. And the park that is right behind it was beautiful. Perfect for a morning walk. Emanuel, on the front desk, was friendly, helpful, and overall a great host. Also, the cookies that they give you at the check in. Soooo good!

The location was awesome and it in the middle of everything in a safe area
The bartender was very rude that night. After we came back to hotel after Texas Rangers game it was rough 10 pm the reception said they were still serving food until 11 pm. My husband & I dropped of things off & came back to bar at this time it was 10:08 pm & the bartender rudely made us aware her cook was gone home. The brochure on the bar stated it closes at 11 pm dinner. She rudely said again no & mumbled something else. My husband & I then got up & she walked behind us to fuss at the reception who looked confused. It was really unprofessional
