The staff is kind, helpful, and proficient with their work abilities and attitude. The hotel is in a convient location. And, also useful hotel amenities (including full stove), and on top of all that - affordable prices!!! TY for making my stays pleasant!
It had everything I needed, the beds were clean and comfy there was plenty of clean towels. There was staff at all times and they took care of any of my needs. There was fresh coffee and snacks in the AM and at nights everything was nice and calm.

Location to event we were attending. Quiet through the night.
The hotel was EMPTY so no issues with noise. Lots of convenient parking. Conveniently located to restaurants and stores. The price was totally reasonable and well justified.
We hit a little snag the first night...a pipe sprung a leak...but the front desk and manager were on top of things and found us another room Pronto AND accommodated me by keeping me away from a noisy elevater....the desk ladies were the best...

Location. Near the highway and lots of restaurants and shopping, yet it was tucked away in quiet area off the main streets. I really liked the bathroom mirror with the makeup lighting all around. You don't see that in many hotels.

The A/C in the room had a "Constant Fan" option which was excellent at night because then we didn't wake up when the A/C Fan and/or Condenser turned off / on.

Top Tips
- Book 60-90 days early for major Cincinnati events, as hotel rates in Fairfield typically rise 20-30% during occasions like July's Cincinnati Music Festival. For last-minute bookings, compare flexible and prepaid rates, as price differences can widen closer to event dates.
- Factor in Butler County lodging taxes and fees, which add 8-11.5% to your stay. For a $100 room rate, expect nightly taxes of $8-$12.
- Hotels north of Ohio State Route 4 offer 30% lower crime rates than the Butler County average, making them a good choice for quieter stays. Check map views for precise property location before booking.
- For remote work, business Wi-Fi in local hotels averages 50-100 Mbps, though speeds may dip by 20-30% on evenings. Verify speed details at check-in or via the hotel’s website.
- Book 3-4 weeks ahead for summer stays, as hotel rates in Fairfield increase by 20-30% from June to August during local festivals. Flexible dates can also help you find lower rates.
- In hotels near I-275, rooms facing away from the highway reduce noise by up to 40%. Request an interior-facing room when booking for a quieter environment.
- Loyalty programs like Hilton Honors or Marriott Bonvoy offer free weekday breakfast at many mid-tier properties, saving up to $12-$15 per person. Enroll before your stay to redeem benefits onsite.
- Check if free parking is offered before booking; many Fairfield-area hotels include this, letting you avoid typical daily charges of $15-$30 at downtown properties. Confirm parking options via the hotel's website or during reservation.
- Hotel prices drop 20-30% after Labor Day through early November. Visiting in fall offers strong value ahead of holiday rate increases.
- Weekday stays (Sunday-Thursday) in business districts often run 10-20% less than weekends. Compare rates for your preferred dates to maximize savings.
- If airport convenience is key, 60% of mid-tier hotels offer free shuttles to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport (5.4 miles away). Confirm schedules, as most services finish by 10:30 PM.
- Rooms near Pleasant Avenue's Union Pacific rail line may experience noise from 12-18 overnight freight train passes. To limit disruptions, request a room facing away from the tracks when reserving.
- Hotels with ENERGY STAR or Ohio Green Hotel Certification consume 15-20% less water, which is important during July-August when regional usage surges 30%. Look for symbols or certifications during your search if sustainability matters.
- For video calls, major chain hotels average 45-65 Mbps download, while older independent hotels can dip to 12-18 Mbps. Check current Wi-Fi speeds at check-in or by contacting the property.
- Step-free access with roll-in showers is listed at just 38% of Fairfield hotels online. For confirmation or special requests, call the hotel directly, as this boosts your confirmation rate by up to 90%.
