avid hotel Cincinnati N - West Chester by IHG

The property was clean and modern.

There was absolutely nothing that I didn’t like about this property.

Location, bedding and towels. Hotel seems to be more quiet than most.

They have 2 EV chargers. One has been inoperable for over a year! Sure enough I pull up this past weekend and the one charger was occupied. Unsatisfactory this hasn't been resolved. One of the primary reasons I choose this hotel/location is for the chargers. I stay at this hotel 4-5 times a year. Also, had to swap rooms this because the toilet would not flush. I've developed a habit of checking sink drains and toilet...because I've run into issues.

The staff was very friendly and helpful

I have stayed here every year since they opened and sadly this was my last stay. The food area was disgusting. Coffee beans and spilled liquid all over the back and side of the machine and remained that way the next day during breakfast. My family and I did not eat there. Rooms were dirty and understocked. Absolutely disgusting elevators. A huge decline from the previous year. Unfortunately I will never stay here again.

I have stayed at this twice in the last two weeks and as alway I have totally enjoy the stay. It is very clean, the staff are very helpful and the location is excellent. I will stay here when back in this area and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a very nice place to stay.
