- Breakfast was really good and it looked good and smelled amazing and tasted good the kitchen staff was quite but kept the area clean and the food did not run out
- The staff was fantastic. The free breakfast is more than one could ask for or imagine. Everyday was fresh and delicious. The assortment was amazing, and it came as a great surprise in comparison to the blah free breakfasts common to the HIE hotels. The laundry machines and dryers were new and free for guest use.
- The staff was exceptional, so friendly and supportive. The facilities were well kept, and the free breakfast & networking event was the best experiences while in the Cincinnati area.
Cons -
- Clean shower clean inside cabinets where the dishes are and nNO ROACHES ? ON THE KITCHEN COUNTERS. ROOM 219 Needs a new coach there are stains in the shower an that area where u seat to eat is to low for dining and the cleaners need to wipe that area and the dust on top of the bed post No one wants to see that and pay all that money for a room. AND THE ROOM NEEDS to be fumigated. BUT LET ME SAY I USUALLY LOVE STAYING THERE BUT I GUESS ITS GOING DOWN SOME.
- I liked the workout room. However, there was very little room to use the weights or do any floor stretches or workouts. Fine if you only need to use the treadmill, elliptical, or bike.
