Pros +

  • I love that they are pet friendly
  • I've been staying at this hotel for a few years visiting my family in town. It has changed owners. The place is still clean. Most of the regular staff is present and they do a great job.
  • Nothing my rate is negative

Cons -

  • I don’t like how the price changes from week to week. When you are in a bind and have to stay here longer than you planned it’s hard to up with the bills when it’s hard telling what it’s going to cost next week
  • The new company cut amenities including cable TV. There are more noise complaints and problems with other guests. These are all issues that were NEVER a concern when the hotel was Extended Stay America.
  • When I arrived the guy at the front desk told me that he couldn't do the check in because didn't have internet, it was 11:00 pm and I came from the airport from a trip abroad, so he suggested me to find another hotel because the internet could be back next day. I asked him to cancel my reservation to avoid a no show fee, he promised to do it, wrote my name and mobile and he will call me to confirm the cancelation.He didn't call me and didn't cancel my reservation and the no show fee was charged for one night, it wasn't my fault and I had to pay for another hotel to stay.
