The location was perfect.

The smoke alarm light flashed all night long.

Facilities were super clean and nice. Staff were also nice and polite. Breakfast was great.

Location is a bit complicated as you can not reach the hotel by walking (no sidewalks in the surrounding areas). For people like me who likes walking, it was kinda difficult to reach out to the hotel.

The hotel in general was very nice and clean. They had great breakfast options as well.

When we got there, one of the two beds was not made and the sheets were in a pile in the middle of the bed. I called front desk and she was very polite and offered another room but my dad was too tired for the hassle of switching rooms so we just stayed.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Very accommodating when a hot water issue came up. Breakfast was good. Cannot compliment the staff enough. From management on down, excellent!!

The hotel lobby was hot almost like the AC was not working and one night the exterior door near elevator was propped open, very unsafe especially since the hotel is right off the freeway.
