I liked everything! And I?m not exaggerating. The room was almost 400 sq. Ft., heat was controlled with a thermostat on the wall not on the unit itself which kept the temperature perfect. The beds and bedding was like a cloud. It had SIX windows.

Our room barely had heat The unit was set at 87 degrees but was blowing lukewarm/cold air. The manager came to look at it and did nothing. We told him we were not staying and he said he could not issue a refund. Worst experience we've ever had.
