We had reserved a king room, but weÂ¿re given a room w/twin queen beds. We called front desk; woman said hotel had overbooked king rooms & thatÂ¿s all they had. No apology, no warning prior, and no offer to change price or discount. TV internet didnÂ¿t wo
two queens beds rooms are not suites and do not accommodate 5 which is contrary to to the booking page. Hotel is very noisy as it is situated next to train track. Staff is extremely unfriendly and careless.
