the room itself was clean enough for us to sleep. the shower was great. located not far from the highway. this is a MOTEL not a hotel.
I come here often, Staff and Location are great. Big TV's are a plus and the rooms are fairly new
It was not far from the bronx zoo

Nothing. That wasn?t a hotel. It?s a motel. Very unclean. Not safe, bed bugs, brown stains on sheets and mattress.
Customer care service doesn?t help
Location to Yankee Stadium. Was pleasantly surprised to see that there was a police station next door. Would recommend for singles, simply for the smoke issue (no kids). It is good for what it is...a one night stay to see an Yankee game.

The hotel was conveniently located to all venues in the Bronx area. The staff was friendly and helpful with all questions.

Nothing good about the hotel! No parking. Breakfast was horrible. I felt for my safety from a disturbance I heard in the room next to mine at 1am and threats were sent. No hot water. Broken heater in my room. Poor management. Overall experience was BAD!
The chain is known and the right price and location for an overnight stay before traveling in the early morning.
It was a real hotel room unlike many places in New York

The proximity to where I needed to go!
That I had a place to sleep for a night.

Didnt really like it. Location was bad for everything (visiting Fordham, subway access, ect). The staff was helpful and around 24 hours...that was about the only good thing. Beds were reasonably comfortable, though the room was very small.
Very convenient!

The main reason for choosing the hotel was that it is close to Yankee Stadium as we were going to a game (Yankees lost :D). I think for the price, the stay was great, and Yankees loosing was icing on the cake.
how close to yankee stadium it was
How close it was. Walking distance to every where and everything I needed.

Location to the subway
The hotel it's self was clean.
I never stayed there the place was dirty Smelled like pee full of mold and I did not get a refund
Starting From

The location although close to highways and main streets was in the middle of a construction zone (which was not disclosed) The street was filthy. No iron or ironing board or chair in room. Dirty bloody bedding. Visible dirt on light switches.

The room was clean they took $100.00 deposit the breakdown of charges for damaged items was in the room. I was awaken out of my sleep by this horrible smell diesel mixed with urine and poop. Once the A/C started back on the smell went away.
The value. You can't find a hotel in this price range near the JFK airport.

The guy at checkin was so personable and fun! It was my sons bday and he had us all sing happy birthday with the bartender . The room was so clean and pretty . Nice views from the rooftop too.
This is for the VOCO Fiorello, the hotel is an absolute delight, the rooms and heaven here on earth, access to public transport 1 bus to the 7 train and you're in Manhattan. The Staff (Douglas) front desk is very resourceful and deserves a raise.
What I love the most about this hotel was that they were also pet friendly. Most hotel that looked a certain type would not allow pets so that was a major plus.
