- The bed!! It was soooo comfortable! The staff was amazing and helpful! The breakfast was so good and the waiter (can't remember his name), he was awesome too! So friendly.

Cons -
- I just wish it was just a little closer to Manhattan. LOL
- From requesting the airport shuttle after getting off the plane to actually getting to the hotel took 1 hour and 15 minutes. I've stayed at a number of hotels in Flushing and I've never had it take anywhere close to that long to get to a hotel.
- There were some mild inconveniences. Wish there was a full service restaurant. There was something on the third floor but it was not in class with the hotel. No sufficient food selection and only a scant breakfast.
