Pros +
- It was clean and very convenient to the airport. The staff were exceptionally nice!
- Free airport shuttle was so convenient. And of course the cookies. Yum.
- Good Central area for accessing the bustle of Times Square and also near airport.
Cons -
- The room could have used a little updating, and the water pressure in the sink was non existent. Other than these it would have been a 10/10.
- The only complaint I have is about the miniature ironing board. It was pretty useless.
- Beds were way too small.
