- The opulence of the hotel and the staff were very kind and helpful.
- We had the deluxe room with 2 queen beds and the room was spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was good. The staff was quiclly responsive to any need.
- The AC worked, room was clean, staff was nice
Cons -
- The area the hotel was located in was very sketchy. The hotel itself was like an oasis among the dirtiness of the area. It was scary getting to the hotel (fortunately only 1 block from the nearest subway station) but once there we felt safe.
- The area was not the best, but we didn't have any issues
- concerning walking from the train at night. But the street characters actually do not engage with you.
