- Location was perfect for our needs. The size of the room and the furnishings were spectacular for the price.

- The location, staff and amenities were superb. Very clean hotel and rooms. So many positives about The Surrey.
Cons -
- Elevator not working properly
- Someone else's hair on the wall of the shower. Just plain gross and not what I expect from this hotel. Front desk staff on arrival distracted. Person at front desk who was handling my check in let another guest interrupt.
- The only complaint is that the beds and sheets were not as comfortable as you would expect for a 5 star hotel.
