- The guest services rep did not honor my stay. She claims she can use her discretion. I was not even allowed to stay. This is a scam. I paid and wasn?t allowed to stay. And I can?t get a refund.
- There broke my window in my car hotel said where not responsible
- The room was too small, I had no clue how small it was when I booked.
