I didn't Like anything at all. The hotel was filthy there was homeless people inside and out There was shady stuff happening outside near our car were suspicious individuals in the hallways the entire Hotel smelled like.
The only good thing I can say is it was close to the airport.
Pictures in the marketing were deceiving.

We did not like the stay at all. The room was not at all what we were informed of at booking, the staff did not clean or take the trash out all weekend in our room or the halls and when going to the front desk to speak with staff no one was there.

Nothing whatsoever
It was cheap. It was reasonably quiet for a Friday night. Had a gas station/convenience store/McDonald's just around the corner and a breakfast/lunch place. Easy to find, right off the main freeway into downtown Boise. Coffee pot in room! Microwave/fridge

Top Tips
- Book major Boise events early. Reserve hotels 6-12 weeks in advance for dates like Treefort Music Fest (mid-March) and Boise State home football games, when room rates may rise 30-100%. Compare prices and confirm cancellation policies to keep flexibility as your plans finalize.
- Stay at The Grove Hotel or nearby properties for direct indoor access to Boise Centre, reducing walk time (0-10 minutes) and avoiding street crossings. This is especially helpful during winter or when attending large events.
- Set aside $15-25 for a 3.5-4 mile, 10-20 minute taxi or rideshare trip between Boise Airport (BOI) and downtown. Many hotels offer free shuttles; confirm the schedule with your hotel before your flight for late-night or early arrivals.
- Downtown hotels typically charge $15-30 per night for parking. Add this to your budget and confirm your hotel's parking policy in advance. For street parking, use the ParkBoise app to pay and monitor meters.
- Prioritize hotels with air conditioning for July and August, as daily highs reach 88-95°F. During wildfire season (August-September), ask about HEPA air purification or HVAC filtration if you plan a multi-day stay, since poor air quality may last several days.
- Book downtown for easy access to conventions, the Basque Block, and nightlife. North End and Hyde Park, located 1-1.5 miles north, have small inns and local restaurants. The West Boise/Airport corridor offers lower nightly rates and fast I-84 access for drivers.
- Boise tap water is safe to drink, so you can refill bottles at your hotel and skip paying for bottled water.
- Breakfast options vary. Many midscale hotel chains provide complimentary continental or hot breakfast, while downtown boutique hotels may charge or offer à la carte service. Confirm meal offerings at booking based on your needs.
- For accessible rooms or step-free access, request written confirmation at North End boutique inns. Many historic buildings may lack elevators or ramps; getting confirmation in advance helps avoid last-minute room changes.
