- Staff was amazing. Room was warm and smelled clean. Bathroom was great. Pillows were good. Fridge was cold. Value is great.

- Noises are common. If someone was being picky, there were a few random hairs around and the painting looks like it was rushed.
- Strange design choices; the hallways felt like a hospital, the floors in the room looked like they needed a mop, staff didn’t make the bed once during a 3 night stay, and toiletries weren’t refilled when empty during the stay

Great location, enjoyed the simple and efficient breakfast option they had, their Costa coffee machine was excellent, and the use of Dove toiletries was appreciated
