- 1) the room as a very musty smell that I noticed immediately, especially if the curtains were moved. It smelled like dog and a odor removal chemical type smell.2) the room fan could not be used in continuous mode to circulate air.3) clerk did nothing to.

- Yes, general manager is completely rude along with the staff. Our rooms were dirty and had stains all over the bed along with the air didn?t turn on no matter what you did. Told the staff nothing was done.
