- It was centrally located
- I got a great rate, staff were amazing, coffee ready at 3:15 am fresh with everything you need. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and linen fresh. It's an older hotel but I enjoyed it very much. Definitely staying again!

Cons -
- The hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in years, so gross, you could see the layers of dirt. Toilet in our room ran all night long, tub did not drain, air conditioner did not work & floors were dirty/sticky. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
- Everything between the front lobby and my room door! The health department should shut this place down just because of the carpet alone let alone the moldy peeling wall paper in one of the stairwell
- The carpet in the halls are very worn out
