- Staff was excellent
- Breakfast was so-so. We enjoyed bar drinks.
- Very nice property, close to the stadium for a bowl game and also walkable into downtown. Whole Foods across the street. Great communal gathering areas, rooms and beds clean and comfortable. Staff super friendly and helpful, allowed us an early check in and stored our bags on checkout day. Great stay.

- The 150 members of the Washington State Cougar Marching Band at hotel for Potato Bowl . They were nice.
- Nothing
- Everything was great in the room except the heights of the toilet. It was so short it was difficult to set down and get back up. Iām only 5 feet tall and it was too short for me. My husband at 5ā11ā had a really difficult time. It would have been better if there had been a safety rail beside it.

Very nice property, close to the stadium for a bowl game and also walkable into downtown. Whole Foods across the street. Great communal gathering areas, rooms and beds clean and comfortable. Great customer service; very nice room and lobby; food was excellent.
