I didn?t like anything about being booked into a transient hotel with my family. I was even more disgusted because you guys wouldn?t change my hotel and wanted us to stay there and not give us a chance of residences.
I am handicapped. After checking in, they gave me a room with a tub when I specifically booked a wheelchair/walk-in Shower.
I like the idea that the hotel had disability accommodations rooms like walk-in showers instead of tubs

We needed to stay overnight at JFK in order to continue our trip home and this hotel was perfect! It was close to the airport, has a free shuttle to and from the airport, a bar and food. The staff is awesome and room was spacious.

The hotel was made up on the web sight however once there it fell far below the standards I look for in a hotel stay. There was no real restaurant's on sight that served food that was even eatable.

The location was perfect for me, it was a 5min walk to Costco

Being it's a brand new property, there are several small tweaks that can be done in the room and lobby but overall it has amazing potential to succeed (under the right management). The Staff is great and the location is even greater. I love New Bushwick!

We needed to stay overnight at JFK in order to continue our trip home and this hotel was perfect! It was close to the airport, has a free shuttle to and from the airport, a bar and food. The staff is awesome and room was spacious.

Location was great for proximity to the Garden. Included breakfast that was open to 11 was also terrific.
Hotel employee one of the Managers was very nice and really tried to help the situation of them not having our room that was booked months before our arrival.
Excellent location, within easy walking distance to Madison Square Garden, Penn Station, Bryant Park, and Times Square.

Bathroom, bed and room was clean, staff was very nice and attentive.
Customer service was great. Fanny was an amazing host during breakfast, she was very kind and attentive. Modern decor/interior and quite clean.

On site restaurant. Clean Room and Bathroom. Overall Staff was pleasant.
The location from the airport was convenient plus the restaurant inside had a excellent menu
