- The price, the room being clean and things in working order. Microwave & fridge.
- They had free coffee and the location is only stop away from JFK airport. The front staff was nice and they were able to hold our luggage prior to 3 pm check in and after 11 am check out.

- No soap, the dispenser was empty and no bars were available until I asked. Hotel was warm and nice view, my 5yr.old loved the view from 9th flr
- Our room faced a busy street so we were hearing traffic noises all night even though we were on the 8th floor. Our room key would demagnetized at the end of the day so we would have to go down every day to get it fixed, sometimes multiple times.
