- The kind staff and the closewness to the airport.
- I didn?t like anything about being booked into a transient hotel with my family. I was even more disgusted because you guys wouldn?t change my hotel and wanted us to stay there and not give us a chance of residences.
- I am handicapped. After checking in, they gave me a room with a tub when I specifically booked a wheelchair/walk-in Shower.
Cons -

- It was a transient short term hotel that was for couples.
- The Hotel's first floor was on the second floor, so people in wheelchairs and walkers had to struggle up an 8-foot-high ramp just to enter the hotel.
