It was dirty. Like, cobwebs in the corners, dark red big stains on the carpet. The lampshades were broken and stained. Spiders in the bathroom and dirt/floor stuff in the bed - clearly not changed linens

Yes it was loud as ever it was so loud I had to call up to the front desk he told me he would come up but it was still loud yelling n the hall way from 12:30 am til 6 am in the morning

Kids knocking on hotel doors at 11pm and 12am. Room phone not operational. Desk clerk said, you should have called front desk. We explained that was not possible. We were told, next time walk down to front desk. Unsympathetic, bad service.
