- The staff did their best. Friendly and welcoming.
- Layout of room was wonderful. Closet space fantastic. Mini kitchen in room wonderful. Appreciated generously-sized hair care supplies (shampoo and conditioner). Appreciated great supply of towels. Friendly staff.
- Wisdom was very nice and very professional.
Cons -
- elevator frequently out of order. no help carrying the bags down. keys frequently didn't open the door. hot water took many minutes to sink and shower, I'm talking seven or ten minutes for the tap to run warm. no good parking options
- Beds on the smaller side...
