- When I got there I was informed the hotel had shut down and had become a shelter. No email notification to warn us. There were several people in the same situation who were arriving at the same time.

- I didn¿t get to stay. Computers were down and I was moved to an awful hotel with no compensation.

- We were told to walk to the next hotel who had our reservations and were expecting us. They had never heard of us¿¿
