- No proper response and not a great hospitality. HVAC is bad.
- 1. Room had less functioning lights. 2. The trash can did not have covers in them. 3.The beds were not comfortable.
- Accessible entrance into property not clearly defined. Hidden left behind a bush. My driver nor I saw until lifts my luggage and knee scooter up steps, and I climb slowly. Had to have keys rescanned nightly. Desk phone did not work. One elevator was out.
