Everything was dirty in the hotel. Blood was on the sheets and the 100$ deposit I put down on the hotel they kept it and it was all because that’s how they left the room for us. Terrible place. I’ll never go back.

Top Tips
- Book your stay 30-60 days in advance for summer weekends and busy periods near Rocky Mountain National Park. Rates and occupancy rise sharply for late May-early September weekends; compare refundable and non-refundable options to match your plans.
- Denver International Airport (DIA) is a 50-60 minute drive via I-25/US-34. Allow an extra 15-30 minutes for Denver commuter peaks or winter weather and confirm real-time traffic with CDOT or your map app before departure.
- Hotels within 1 mile of downtown Loveland offer a 5-20 minute walk to Benson Sculpture Garden and most galleries. Discover local arts events by checking the city’s event calendar.
- Request rooms above the ground floor or away from the Big Thompson River in spring and summer, as riverfront ground-floor rooms carry higher flood risk during snowmelt or heavy storms. Confirm current flood preparedness with your hotel in advance.
- July-September brings wildfire smoke risk; ask about your hotel’s HVAC and air filtration policy. Flexible rates or travel insurance can help you adjust plans if air quality fluctuates; verify local conditions using AirNow.gov or city emergency alerts.
- A car is essential for navigating Loveland; most hotels provide free on-site parking along US-34/I-25, but direct airport shuttles are unusual. Book a transfer or rental car for travel to DIA.
- If you drive an EV, confirm the charger type and onsite availability before arrival. Public Level-2 and DC fast chargers are located downtown and in commercial lots; check PlugShare or ChargePoint for real-time status.
- For accessible rooms, call independent motels 48-72 hours in advance to confirm room inventory. Major chains typically list accessible features online, including ramp access and visual alarms.
