- Staff friendly and helpful, huge TV with streaming links in the room, loved the bath products, several good restaurants within easily walkable blocks of the hotel
- All staff members were very friendly and accommodating.
- The front desk staff particularly the gentleman who helped check us in and we saw several times throughout the stay
Cons -
- Feels far from the fun part of Fort Collins (CSU/old town area
- Adjacent room and corridor noise, trash stacked up by the exits, shower pressure lacking, mini fridge was not very cold, no microwave.
- My coffee maker was very dirty and the ice machine was broken, then once it was repaired the ice coming out of the machine was dirty (very unappetizing to find black mystery chunks in the ice in my drink).
