- The staff was great, the view of Lincoln Park was beautiful, our room was clean and comfortable.
- Location
- Only problem was A/C was not working properly, air filter could not breath as it was fully stuffed with dust. Problem fixed under on request.
Cons -
- The drain in the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. I would not recommend the buffet breakfast. There were no warmers under the hot food so the food was cold. We were given a credit for our three buffet breakfasts and ordered from the menu.
- Staff was very rude and unprofessional, noncommunicative. They charged me incorrectly upon check-in, and it still has not been corrected properly. dealing with the staff to correct their error was very difficult and frustrating.
- I had to show my ID twice. And was not informed of $100 deposit. So had to put money back on my card.
