- The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and the lobby decor was gorgeous and comfortable.
- I don't think I have stayed in many hotels with hard flooring instead of carpet. I really quite like it.
- The cleaning room
Cons -
- I wish the bedding had been a little heavier. It was just a sheet and a thin light blanket. However, our room got very hot at night, so we ended up taking the covers off anyway.
- There's really nothing to complain about but I will say that I wish the elevator was a little quicker. I was on the fifth floor and it was about the same amount of time for me to walk down the stairs than to wait for the elevator to get there and go down.
- Lack of printed information in rooms or front desk for local events, restaurants and hotel info.,
