- How close it is to the hospital-and Fort Collins CSU campus; also it has a very nice restaurant in the building. They allowed us to have a later check out time..

- The vegetable pasta at Spring Creek Bar and Grill was surprisingly delicious. It was incredibly good!
Cons -
- Paying for parking
- The room keys just don?t work real reliably and you also have to use one to get to your floor in the elevator. The hairdryer and microwave and refrigerator are old and need to be upgraded. Parking overnight in an open lot was $15 or five dollars an hour.
- Room refrigerator wasn't working
