Nothing at all! From the moment I walked in I saw the hotel staff so unwelcoming, not a smile for anyone infront of me or myself. Kind of robotic at speaking to guest. Like a practiced line. No hostpitality for no one.

When I arrived late night, the power was out and the receptionist would not give my money back. She said that it was not their fault and therefore I was on my own. I did not stay at the hotel. The person at the counter was as rude as I have ever met.
