The front desk staff was very friendly. The manager was cordial and expressed concern when I pointed out some severe deficiencies with the room.
Room door was strong and did not break when intruder tried to enter four times between midnight and 3:30am. Front desk told me not to call cops. But the cops saved us.

Nothing was working, I booked online. Pool and jacuzzi, juice machine, ice machine not working. My last day juice machine worked. I stayed 5 days. I was working from out of town 12 hrs. Day jacuzzi would of been nice. Update your website.

The cleanliness was terrible. It?s no Ritz Carlton but I expect the room to be clean and without other human hair in the sink in the toilet and in the tub. That?s just lazy and disgusting. No amount of staff shortage warrants a dirty room.

Great to have a kitchen, like a mini condo. The front desk staff is terrific - excellent and helpful. Can be picked up in a golf cart with your luggage to get to the lobby when needed. Fantastic to be surrounded by the vortex mountains, beautiful.
