Cons -
- there was no hotwater for 2 days in the shower. I let staff know and nothing was done. I was actually told it was due to other people in the hotel taking showers at the same time.
- Yes. We paid in advance for our room (two queen size beds) but upon arrival were told that you had overbooked and no room with two queen size beds was available. We were offered a king size bed and a pullout or a cancellation. Poor guest service rep!
- Room key didn't work, I had to go get it activated every night
