- Well within walking distance of all there is to see and do within the town of Williams Az. Plus the railway station which is an excellent way to spend a few hours at the Grand Canyon village without have to drive and park my own car.

Cons -
- Beds had linen that had not been changed from the previous guests. Foundation and lipstick marks on the pillow cases etc. Called to have the room turned over but they didn't have the staff so we had to make several trips to get linen to change ourselves
- Not really if you are on a budget and like to walk and hike this is a great place to do both.
- Room was very dirty in general. The bathtub looked like it hadn?t been cleaned. Found hair in it. The corners were dirty and dusty everywhere you looked. The curtains were dirty and didn?t close properly.
