- At check in, the young man made sure we had a room close to a door to accommodate our senior dog. We have stayed at the Shilo many times and find it in a great location for our needs. It is clean, comfortable, and quiet.

- The staff was amazing!
Cons -
- I understand it’s a conference hotel and there is a resort close, but a true breakfast would be a perfect stay. Bitter coffee and package muffin just leave the place in a bad taste
