- Location is great if your flying out of Sky Harbor
- Quick check in
- The staff is great, from hotel employee who checked us in, to the shuttle driver, hotel employee at the dinning area & both the lovely ladies managing the breakfast area. The hotel is lucky to have such good people. The hotel is located well, suited our needs.
Cons -
- Not a great selection of restaurants within walking distance, gotta get in the car which expands your options greatly
- Airport shuttle services front desk and shuttle driver do not coordinate very well I was told where to go to take shuttle but driver said I was in the wrong location
