- Centrally located in Yuma. From the motel if I have business anywhere in the city it's a short drive. Very convenient.
- Coffee, tea and ice water are always available in the lobby.
- The big bathroom! And friendly staff.
Cons -
- No, I gave it 10 stars because it wasn't an expensive hotel but for the money it's a good value.
- The jacuzzi is broken. The walls and or connecting door were so thin people talking in the next room kept me up past 1 am. Also no housekeeping was provided on the 2nd day.
- Water leak in the bathtub that needed to be fixed.
