I was told I had to pay 100 dollar deposit. I did not have it so there for my dogs the hotel said I would get my money since I did get to stay. The staff said you will get my money back

Firmest bed I¿ve ever slept on, if you like that kind of bed. The room was really clean. The hotel maids were very attentive making sure we had everything we needed multiple times thru the stay.

NOTHING. IT WAS DISGUSTING. As I entered the room, life(Cockroaches) started scurrying everywhere. Climbing on the walls, the bed, the bathtub the sink. I was HORRIBLE. And I am still having trouble getting a refund and my $100 deposit back.

The breakfast was great. The staff worked so hard to make sure everything was clean around the breakfast station. Only thing, the chocolate milk, although in date, was soured on the first day. The staff was very friendly and responsive to all requests.

Nothing smells moldy and has bed bugs. The pool stinks and have bugs floating around. The covers had red hair all in the bed by my hair is black and my fianc� hair is black/brown. Just disgusting. ESPECIALLY THE BED BUGS!! I want my money back!
