Cons -
- No one was at the FD when we checked in and we ended up waiting quite a bit of time before someone showed up. We had been traveling all day and only planned to be in the room a few hrs before our next flight. Requested a corner room which I did not receive based on the late time we checked in. If I had been aware of that I would have booked a cheaper room
- Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the behavior of the front desk staff. The lady who assisted us was very rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. We were given a different room from what we had originally booked, with no proper explanation or effort to resolve the issue.Even more concerning, when we requested a bassinet for our baby, the front desk refused to provide one despite our request, showing a complete lack of empathy and customer service.This experience left a very bad impression, and we will never return to this property. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with children
