Perfect location!
Complementary Breakfast was excellent. In fact, it was better than the paid breakfast buffet at a recent 4 star that we stayed in.
The location was on the water.

Cons -

The mattress was not soft, needs a replacement. The box springs did not have protectors on them and there is a red stain on the left side of the box spring near the headboard area of the bed. Hair found on the floor by the area with the red stain.
Room was neat, but not as clean as I expected. There was a small roach in the corner behind the door, and the sink faucet looked as though it had never been wiped down.
Area seemed a little bit run down.
