  • Very disappointed with this stay. Rude lady at the front desk, room not ready for check in and no clean towels
  • Staff were exceptional
  • Breakfast options, comfortable bed and pillows!

Cons -

  • There were no clean towels!!! We stayed 2 nights with 3 people in a suite. There were only 2 towels to start with, and the second morning I asked for clean towels only to be told by the very abrupt front desk person that there were no clean towels.
  • Beds were extremely hard and wifi was poor
  • Door to the outside of the building did not remain locked. Safety concern for me.
