It was an ideal location and the price was very reasonable, I though.
Very roomy

Cons -

Clean but seemed dirty. (Room)
When we got into our room, there were still clothes from the last person! The toilet was still dirty and wouldn?t flush!
There were roaches and the bathroom door and toilet were broken.

Very roomy

We moved the TV stand closer to the bed to have the tv closer to us and there was all kinds of nasty dirt and grime under it. Definitely needs to be pulled back out and swept underneath it.
