- The mini fridge did not work. I brought it to the front desks attention. They told me it was going to be fixed. It was never fixed and my food ended up spoiling
- No ice machine. Been this since last year. Sink was stopped up, then when I asked for another room he got rude abs said they didn't have anymore available. He lied to me and said they do refunds when the reservation clearly said they don't!
- The rooms were not cleaned and the beds were dirty. There was visible trash and paint chipping around the whole room. The bathroom was disgusting and dirty. I took pictures of the room and when I showed the hotel manager he looked unbothered by them.
