Spacious rooms
Elevator was broken and we were on the 2nd floor with 2 big dog crates to carry. Was fixed for less than a day and broke again. Was never offered any assistance.

Location was fine. Free parking is great.
Supply of the coffee was one decaf and one regular and one of the packets with the stir and sugar was opened and stuff missing. After cleaning the room only one cup was left. Wasn't enough towels left in the room. Breakfast ended at 9 which I thought was too early, just me. Pillows were not good at all. Four pillows on the bed and not one comfortable.

Conveniently located. Comfortable room with good bed and linens. Easy check-in. Usual choices for breakfast in well kept dining area.
Water was lukewarm when taking a shower but hot at the sink.

I loved the proximity to everything downtown and around U of A. Very well located. Easily accessible from the main interstate.
Not a major gripe just was surprised at the amount of snow still in the parking lot. Assumed they would pay someone to clean it. Not a major issue at all though.

Great location
Put us in room 123, which is right next to a machine room that ran all night. We were not told this might be a problem. Then in room 121, the people there kept screaming laughing and talking at the top of their lungs. We chose this place to be near the hospital where my daughter was having surgery the next morning. Maybe got 3 hours of sleep. Talked to the clerk at check out and he said a manager would be calling me. Never did

Nice location easy to get everywhere.
I was told animals would be on 2nd and 1st floors...there was a large dog that barked on the 3rd floor. I prefer a room that is pet free. This hotel did not have that.

Fantastic hotel would recommend to everyone. Comfortable rest, very good tasty breakfast. Will come back
