The staff were sooo great! We got double booked on another platform that starts with a V and were stuck with no where to go at 2am and this place was not only accommodating, but even helped us figure out how to book, so that we can save the most money.

room 208 had a smoking smell. I made a reservation to 11 according to my flight schedule to 12:30 am. I was told to get to the reception 10 min earlier. I got to the reception at 10:30. At 11:05 I was told that the shuttle would arrive at 1130.
