It has a great location.
The bed was a little squeaky.

The location was good with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.
Our room was fine but the bathroom had a broken light switch (always on), shower head was cracked and a little bit of mold in the shower. The hotel was overbooked - and since our stay was just one night - we were ok. It needs some updating and maintenance. The staff were so kind that we didn’t complain.

The shower appeared to be a little dated. But everything was clean and user friendly.

The location is great and great beds
The hot tub was out of order the whole time and I found and killed 5-7 roaches the 3-4 days we stayed ?

I love the friendly atmosphere. The staff were so polite and helpful. The hot tub was awesome. I love that when we were having car trouble we were able to check out an hour late while we got the car fixed and the battery installed. All the staff were nice for the 2 days we stayed will be back.

Great location near major highways, shopping and dining. On site restaurant for the breakfast buffet had great service. The linens were great as was the water pressure.
Stairs are located on the exterior of the building which was a big concern when the power flickered on and off during bad weather.

Area and room clean and quiet. Enjoyed being able to use the hot tub, even though front desk was unsure it working.
No soaphair products in shower; had to wait closer to an hour to shower and shampoo hair, packed in a hurry and forgot mine at home.We ran late for Thanksgiving dinner.
