Staff was exceptional. So impressed with the friendliness from front desk to cleaning staff to the Manager. All great.

Nothing negative at all.

The staff was wonderful, the coffee and the bar were great, the mini kitchenette and supplies in room were good.

The smell. Our first room (3rd floor) was clean but stunk like sewer. The clerk got us a new room right away directly above the old room (4th). The new room was clean. 4 in the morning the smell came back and was horrendous. The ac ran the entire night.

Clean, quiet and they allow pets for a minimal charge

The room was clean and spacious for a hotel room. The kitchen was clean and organized. The bathroom was clean.

I very much dislike that they offer no luggage rack in the rooms. It's ridiculous! I had no place to put my luggage except on the floor. I hate putting my luggage on the floor.

Bathroom was not clean at all. Told front desk and they just said sorry, didn¿t offer to clean.

The room we had was very nice -- newly remodeled.

The public areas were still under renovation and kind of a mess to walk through. We should have been warned that this would be the case. Also, there were no vending machines! Or breakfast.

Pretty location on the river. Friendly staff.

The light outside the window was annoying.

The treatment and overall compassion and understanding of their guest and their needs. Whenever I had a need or problem it was handled immediately and with care in my favor making me feel like I mattered and that's priceless. Best Hotel in Idaho Falls

One employee  She was lazy in her help to solve an issue I had and rolled her eyes and was hesitant on my solutions to my problem she should have had before me. The only issue I had was that one person.

Terrible place, rude staff. Kept giving different time we could check in. Said we could have refund then denied it. Will be sure to let everyone we know to never go here.

I was impressed that it was actually clean including the carpet (wearing white socks is very telling). I did find some trash under the chair. Having the full kitchen is fabulous. I appreciate that they use refillable soaps, etc. Excellent stay!

The employees were professional and friendly. The room was extremely clean. It exceeded my expectations.

The bed seemed so soft that it didn't have the support that I'm used to having. The bed would have been more comfortable if it had been a bit more firm.

Although the location is close to restaurants, stores, the river, etc...It is on a busy road - so, sometimes late (or early) you hear loud street noise.

Room was comfortable and well appointed. Nicest bed I have slept in for a while.
